作为其2025年战略的一部分，奇华顿于今日宣布，已达成协议收购美国的天然色素公司——DDW，扩大其风味与健康部在全球的业务阵容。本次收购将使奇华顿成为全球天然色素领域的优秀企业，凭借其广泛的风味与健康解决方案组合，增强创造有益消费者身心的饮食体验的能力。

DDW的总部位于美国肯塔基州的路易斯维尔，是天然色素行业著名的私营企业之一，在全球拥有12个生产基地和315名员工。公司成立于1865年，最初从事酿酒业，随后借助在焦糖色素方面的优秀能力发展到占据强大的市场地位。过去二十年里，公司一直专注于为食品和饮料行业提供天然色素。

美国消化疾病周(DDW)是世界上最大和最负盛名的GI专业会议。DDW是美国肝病研究学会(AASLD)、美国胃肠病学会(AGA)、美国胃肠内窥镜学会(ASGE)和消化道外科学会(SSAT)4个协会联合主办，是国际消化系统疾病领域规模最大、学术水平最高的会议及展览会，每年都吸引约15,000名来自世界各地该领域杰出的医师、研究员和学者。世界顶级专家将就胃肠病学、肝病学、内镜学和胃肠外科等领域的最新进展进行深入探讨。

低氘水到底是什么水？ - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册低氘水到底是什么水？去氘水的秘密人体70%都是水，关于饮水我们到底还有哪些不知道的？低氘水是什么水？低氘水，英文名 deuterium depleted water，简称DDW。是一种最先进的功能水，通过人工将普通水浓度调节至10ppm-115 ppm ，普通水浓度约为150 ppm（百万分之150）。在英语的语义里，叫贫氘水（氘减少的水）。自然界中的水由2个氢原子和1个氧原子组成（H20），而氢元素有氕(1H)、氘(2H即D)两种稳定性同位素和氚(3H即T)一种放射性同位素，由于氢原子同位素的质量不同，质量为1的氕和氧组成的水（H20）称为轻水；把质量大于1的氘（D）或氚（T）与氧组成的水（D20）称为重水。天然水中氘的丰度一般为150ppm，而氘含量<150ppm的水都可称为低氘水或者超轻水。除了南极洲附近的高地以外，自然界中不存在100ppm或更少的水，因此它是人工制造的。低氘水和普通水之间的差异存在于地球上的水一般含有约150ppm（150升，1升）的重水D2O. 还有DHO的情况。因为重水比轻水稍重，所以很容易聚集在重力较大的地方，并且在赤道和海床附近的浓度略高。相反，在重力较低的区域，浓度降低。据说重水浓度最低的地区是地球南极附近的高山山峰，其浓度约为88ppm。在人类居住区，Hunza和Vilcabamba的两地约为135 ppm。低氘水是人工除去了部分氘的水，如果是88ppm或更少的水，它在自然界中是不存在的。低氘水的制造方法包括使用沸点和质量稍有差异的真空精馏，重氨氧化法和使用解离差异的电解。制造它需要消耗大量的能源。由于氘比轻氢具有更高的氧结合力，因此当它被蛋白质吸收时就会很难脱落。重水的化学性质D2O（重水）的熔点是3.81℃= 276.96K（1个大气压），沸点为101.43℃= 374.58K（1个大气压），密度为1.105g / cm3（1atm，20℃），粘度约为天然水的1.2倍。由于OH键的同位素效应比OD键有着更强的结合能量，D2O利用在速度上的差异，电解性质会比H2O慢，从天然水中可以浓缩和分离重水。重水中物质的溶解性，电导率，电离度等物理性质与反应速度不同于轻水。因此，如饮用水等大量摄取将导致体内反应的消耗并且与生命健康有关。在重水环境中，所有鱼都会死亡，植物也不会发芽。氘和DNA结合的图像研究结果表明，氘元素对生命体的生存发展和繁衍是有害的，在水中不论氘的含量多少对生命体都是有毒的。主要是由于氘原子置换氢原子导致DNA螺旋结构中产生附加应力，造成DNA双螺旋的相移、断裂、替换，使核糖核酸排列混乱，甚至重新合成，出现突变，增加人体复制过程中出现癌变的几率。而低氘水是减少氘元素的水，将降低人体细胞复制过程中的错误和出现癌变的几率，使癌细胞不能产生和生存，并且由于其特殊的分子结构，使细胞更快速并有效地进行水合作用，具有良好的生命活性。DNA分裂的图像同时，低氘水由于氘元素的减少，其水分子团结构是独一无二的，它形成的分子团已变成一个更小更稳定的高能态结构，经O-17核磁共振分析证实低氘水的分子团较普通水的分子团小50％以上，其水分子团直径与细胞膜的亲水性通道的直径相近，更容易通过细胞膜水通道。氢键图低氘水带有大量的动能，运动速度快，渗透力高，溶解力强。低氘水进入人体后，不断地激活人体细胞，并能更多地携带对人体有益的养分、矿物质和氧气，进入细胞的每一个角落，使人体细胞内外都充盈干净的、有活力的、营养丰富的液体，这样就能大大促进细胞的生长、发育，使人体细胞更具活力，同时又能将不能被细胞完全吸收的养分和身体积存的脂肪、胆固醇和其他物质充分溶解、排出体外，提高身体的排毒解毒能力。发布于 2018-09-04 11:52饮用水饮水水素水赞同 6添加评论分享喜欢收藏申请
