一天一创新，Allcoin 再创交易所新玩法 - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册一天一创新，Allcoin 再创交易所新玩法阿九喜欢抽3美金GR雪茄的装逼犯在各种区块链项目的花样玩尽之后，交易所也开启了百花齐放的时代。以 FCoin 为首创的「交易即挖矿」的概念又催生了无数一模一样的交易所。但 Ctrl C + Ctrl V 来的玩法自然是不入我们法眼的，「币圈一日人间一年」指的是模式创新的速度，那么我们自然得拿有创新的交易所来了解，今天介绍的交易所Allcoin便在「交易即挖矿」基础上针对当下区块链项目的弊病进行了精准爆破。我们都知道，目前币圈有一种「割韭菜」的恶性循环，交易所以高昂的上币费用割项目方、项目方私募割公募、公募割二级市场，甚至有些项目方上线即破发——割韭菜割到私募机构头上，这也是让我开了眼界了。一时间市场上鱼龙混杂人心惶惶，难道就没有什么模式来解决这个你割我割大家割的自相残杀局面？今天的主角——Allcoin——就是想通过独有的模式来解决（最起码能改善？）这个问题。那么 Allcoin 创新的地方有哪些呢？1. 首创 IMO 打新挖矿模式2. 72 小时防破发机制3. IMO 保荐机构机制### 1 首创的 IMO 打新挖矿模式IMO(Initial Mining Offering) 模式以我的理解就是一种 ICO 变体。换句话说，Allcoin 以 Tokensale 板块承载了项目原本独立运作的 ICO 环节，Allcoin 平台的用户通过参与 Tokensale 即可像参与私募、ICO 那样获得对应项目的 token，但此时这些 token 并未正式上线各交易所进行交易。也就等同于你通过 Allcoin 进行了这些项目的 ICO。当你在 Allcoin 上的 Tokensale 板块进行交易时，手续费即以平台币 ALC 的形式进行返还，这里的机制就跟 FCoin 类似了：次日按持有 ALC 量进行当日交易币种手续费的返还、51% 通过交易释放、49%同步释放留作团队运作等用。有点儿糊涂？没关系，简单理解就是 Allcoin 聚合了 ICO 功能，并将 FCoin 的交易即挖矿模式放到了 ICO 的过程里。IMO = ICO + 交易即挖矿，也就是「打新即挖矿」。好项目从此无代投，不用再担心被辣鸡代投卷币跑路了。### 2 72小时防破发机制竟然还有交易所不割项目方韭菜、关心项目死活、为项目破发买保险呢，天底下有这种好事儿你信不信？如果只是从交易所的单方面利益出发，我是不信的，有钱不赚王八蛋啊。但是现在市场就是我们「不信」之后的局面了：交易所只想自己赚钱、项目方被交易所割了就得去割韭菜、私募机构等项目上线赶紧割、一割就破发，整个市场就又变成相互不信任的局面了。为了整个大环境的改善、币价有改善，要么私募机构不跑、要么项目方不割私募机构、要么交易所别那么大刀阔斧割项目方。所以 Allcoin 就这么干了。Allcoin 第一不收取项目的上币费用，第二要求参与 IMO 的项目将 IMO 期间众筹到的资金的 20% 用于回购二级市场上的 ALC 作为「破发补偿」的「备付金」（等于强行锁仓 20% 资金量）。一旦新项目在发行后 72 小时内出现破发情况，则启动备付金补偿用户因破发产生的损失。而且 Allcoin 平台承诺当 IMO 项目上线后，平台将会拿出全部的 IMO 手续费用于回购 ALC。也就是说，如果 FCoin 是通过用户交易稳定 FT 的增值来维持二级市场的正向发展的话，那么 Allcoin 更进一步，通过平台和项目方和用户三方交易稳定 ALC 的增值来维持 IMO 项目也就是一级市场的项目的正向发展。### 3 IMO 保荐机构机制到这儿你肯定就会问了：那我出个辣鸡项目去参与 IMO 可以不？哈哈哈哈——当然不可以。参与 IMO 的项目都是要经过保荐机构保荐的，而这些机构主要有：行业联盟（WBO世界区块链组织、IDEL国际数字经济联盟、ABF亚洲区块链基金会 )，创投资本&孵化机构（真格基金，FBG，蛮子基金，节点资本，Blockvc，创世资本，猎人资本，爱思母基金，共识实验室，Hyperfund，领航金融，引力资本，高链资本），专业评级机构（大炮评级、DRC），社群（方球、币应），主流媒体（币世界，哈希财经），公链（亦来云，Trustnote，Achain，哈希未来）等。Allcoin 本身还与爱思母基金达成了战略合作（对就是大名鼎鼎的虫哥那个爱思）。上面这些机构是我翻资料复制过来的，因为实在有点儿多记不住，反正就都是币圈响当当的牌子就是了。也就是说，想滥竽充数，不太可能。而且都说了 IMO = ICO + 交易即挖矿。意味着 Allcoin 的 Tokensale 板块上这些参与 IMO 的项目都不会偷跑、提前在其他交易所的二级市场交易，这也保证了 Allcoin 平台用户打新的权益。## 后记8月4号 IMO 板块会上线，6号第一个 IMO 项目 TDT(Truedeal) 上线，你要感兴趣的话，可以去玩玩看了。ALC 这几天涨得确实还 OK，但只是介绍，不作为投资建议。总体而言，个人觉得融合 ICO、消除不规范代投风险、用打新+72小时防破发机制来稳定项目 token 初期的币价稳定等这一系列措施，算是比较有创新也有良心的举措，毕竟作为一根老韭菜，「比谁跑得快」这个游戏有点儿玩怕了。至于72小时之后的事情，Allcoin 不管了，我倒是期待看看有谁能解决这个问题。但是话说回来，从头到尾都解决了，推升币价上涨的钱又从哪儿来呢？我也就不做那么多美好的梦了，根据自己需要选择吧。发布于 2018-08-07 12:01交易所金融期货交易所赞同 39添加评论分享喜欢收藏申请

Security Tokens

Security tokens are tokenized assets offered on stock markets. Tokenization is the transfer of value from an asset to a token, which is then made available to investors. Any asset can be tokenized, such as real estate or stocks. For this to work, the asset must be secured and held. Otherwise, the tokens are worthless because they wouldn't represent anything. Security tokens are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission because they are designed to act as securities.

In 2021, the Bitcoin wallet firm Exodus successfully completed a Securities and Exchange Commission-qualified Reg A+ token offering, allowing for $75 million shares of common stock to be converted to tokens on the Algorand blockchain. This historic event was the first digital asset security to offer equity in a United States-based issuer.

Utility Tokens

Utility tokens are used to provide services within a network. For example, they might be used to purchase services, pay network fees, or redeem rewards. Filecoin, which is used to buy storage space on a network and secure the information, is an example of a utility token.
